We are looking forward to welcoming you to the clinic! We know that visiting a new healthcare provider can sometimes feel a bit uncertain, so we want to make your arrival as effortless as possible. To ensure a stress-free start to your recovery, please take a moment to review the directions and check-in details below.
Parking
There are plenty of options for parking! There is a parking lot behind the building with dedicated parking stalls for visitors. There is also street parking just outside the front entrance on 152A street, as well as on either side of 103A avenue which is located on the north of the building. Please follow the signs and park only in dedicated “visitors” stalls and not “reserved” stalls as Diamond Parking Services (DPS) patrol and hand out tickets regularly.

Arrival For Your Treatment
When you arrive, you’ll find our clinic on the main floor of the building. We know navigating a new building can be a bit of a puzzle, so we’ve made it easy for you with a quick 'walk-through' showing exactly what you’ll see once you take your first steps inside.
We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment to finalize your health history and consent forms. Completing these details ahead of time ensures that we can begin your session promptly, allowing us to dedicate every minute of your scheduled appointment to your massage treatment.
During Your Treatment
Your first visit is a collaborative process designed to put your needs first. We begin with a thoughtful conversation about your health history and wellness goals, followed by a physical assessment where your therapist may perform specialized movement or orthopedic tests. This allows us to gather the insights necessary to build a personalized treatment plan tailored to your body's recovery. Once the assessment is complete, your therapist will walk you through the proposed massage plan. We believe in fully informed care, so the treatment only commences once you feel happy and comfortable with the approach. We encourage you to ask questions or share any reservations at any point, as we are here to ensure you feel confident in your care.
During the hands-on portion of your treatment, it is common to experience some "therapeutic discomfort" as we work through areas of tension to facilitate healing. However, your therapist will check in with you throughout the session to ensure the pressure is effective and comfortable for you. Our priority is your safety and well-being, so we always welcome your feedback during the massage to ensure the experience is exactly what your body needs.
After Your Treatment
Following your session, your therapist will conduct a brief reassessment to evaluate the immediate efficacy of the treatment and track your progress. To extend the clinical benefits of your massage and support your recovery, we will provide you with tailored "home-care" recommendations, such as targeted stretches, strengthening exercises, or other remedies. These self-care tools are essential in facilitating your return to optimal health and preventing future discomfort. Upon exiting the treatment room, our administrative team will assist you with the billing process and can coordinate any necessary follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence and to help us continuously improve our patient experience, we invite you to complete a brief anonymous survey at the end of your treatment. Your insights are invaluable in helping us provide the best possible care for yourself and future visitors.
